You can whatsapp or email the files, we quote you price. Once you transfer payment through payNOW, we start printing. We notify you once ready to collect. Then either you collect yourself or arrange someone to collect for you or book grab express motorbike or lalamove or gogovan or qexpress. You can also ask us to send you by Singpost (charges apply). It will be contactless collection..
MINIMUM ORDER /OTHER CHARGES:
For all works there is a Service Charge of $10 applicable to all orders. We may also add additional charges from $1 to $ 5 per minute of our time required for file handling or to open multiple files (up to 5 files are FREE), preparation of files, resizing or handling word, excel and Powerpoint files, adding bleed , resizing the files etc or for waiting/standby. Minimum for Night Orders ranges from $30 (if shared with other orders) to $100 (for single orders). We reserve the rights to cancel or decline those orders not suitable to do or those cannot be fulfilled whether it is a walk in order or online order.

Price Varies according to total quantity in one order, the more you print it gets cheaper.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All prices and completion time quoted are subject to condition that your files are ready to print straight away (sizing, bleed etc) and our machinery stay in working condition through out the job. For some reason if the machines fail half way then we will continue printing after the machine are repaired/serviced. And delays caused by that you have to accept it. We are not liable to pay any compensation or claims.
For any reason if order is cancelled after payment is made, there will be deductions for abortive works or online payment gateway charges. there will be NO refund in cash. Refundable amount will be offset against next print order.

Price quoted are Lumpsum for bulk order. Can pro-rate for higher quantities but cannot pro-rate for lower quantity. For lower quantity price need to recalculate.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Delivery by Singpost is available.
For immediate or urgent delivery upon completion: to book “GRAB EXPRESS” or www.Lalamove.com” delivery service, the items will be delivered to your place within 1 or 2 hours upon completion. The delivery charges are separate from printing cost. If you are booking your self please confirm the items are ready to pickup before booking.
Collection at SULTAN PLAZA, #03-06, 100 Jalan Sultan, Singapore 199001. Contactless collection can be anytime once job is completed. If you need us to be present for collection then is based on pre-agreed time arrangement and upon “ready to collect” notification.
Please ensure everything is properly coordinated, confirmed and checked for timing, items and quantities are right etc etc before arranging for collection/delivery/pickup. Also do such checks at the time of collection and before leaving our premises. For any reason your collection or delivery has any kind of issues irrespective of whose mistake it is, we shall not be held responsible for it. We will not be sending them to you again for free . There will be no refund for the items. There will be no reimbursement of transport or delivery charges etc. There will be no compensation for time wastage whatsoever in any manner.
TYPE OF SERVICES
Please note we have "Standard", "Urgent" and "Super Urgent" printing services. Price varies accordingly.
Standard (More than 3 Working Days : production between 9AM-5PM): Choose this option if you are not in a hurry and can wait for the completion. Placing Order and Collection during 9AM to 5PM. Liaising 5PM-9Am consider URGENT ORDERS. For STANDARD ORDERS Printing will be done ONLY during WORKING DAYS and day hours and once completed you will be notified to collect. In general it will be completed on the 3rd working day depending on the work volume. At times it may go beyond three days The Collection will be on the 4th working day or Later. If you need the prints on a specific date, go for “URGENT” order.
Urgent (Production between 9AM-5PM. Next day collection): Choose this option is to print during day hours.. Completion depends on volume and queue, Completion Next Day between 9AM to 5PM.
Super Urgent (Start Immediately, Day & Night printing): Choose this option to place order / printing to start As Soon As Possible work through Day and Night until the job is completed depending on the print volume.
Counting of the Production time start from the Next working day of payment, Production only during working days Mon-Friday (9am - 5pm) Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Once completed you will be notified to collect. The Collection will be on the day after completion.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE / REJECTION / CANCELLATION
Please note we reserve our rights to reject or cancel at any time, an order which is not suitable to us or we cannot fulfill. No compensation will be given in such scenarios in whatever mean, The refunds will be limited to the actual money received minus any bank charges involved (especially it the payment was made at online store).
All services provided are subject to customer accepting the above terms and conditions and signing a delivery note and or an undertaking that customer do consent to all pricing and willingly accepted the prices and will not write or cause anyone adverse reviews or spread rumours online or offline that could affect the reputation and business of this concern, failing to which I will be subject to legal action or pay compensation to the concern.
