After 8PM , we only take BULK orders. Please also note that a surcharge of $100 may be charged in addition to the print costs. Small orders are not done at night. A minimum of $500 order is expected for night production.
We have staff available from 9AM to 9PM. You can walkin during this period to do small orders. Night staff works from home, comes to office upon request only very for urgent BULK orders (the trips are chargeable). If you need some thing to be ready by next day , especially very early in the morning, and you only have a very small order then you can send all the print files and instructions to our Whatsapp or email and contact us at 06AM in the morning. We will process the order and print for you in the morning.
We will print remotely. You will collect the documents at the shop. It will be contactless collection. Send the documents through email or Whatsapp. We quote you the price. Once you make payment online and send a screen shot. We guide you through whatsapp video call to open the door and collect the documents
This works for normal document printing. If you need us to do something else other than normal document printing, then we have to make a special arrangements to bring the staff in early (the trips are chargeable).

If you need to print urgently something other than normal documents, then we have to make special arrangements. Send the files and collect later. That works best for us. As we work through nights .we need to manage our time for work, rest and personal life .
We are a printing factory NOT a photocopy shop. We only do bulk orders.
At times we accommodate small orders to help the people who desperately need such service. Nevertheless this comes with a cost to you.
Almost all prices are provided on line, including the product costs, service charge and additional charges (is any that may be applicable, such as $100 for expediting or night print jobs etc etc), for everyone to see and make informed decisions.
By the way please note we have $10 service charge applicable to all orders and the minimum order of $30 may be imposed too.
The service charge or minimum order is meant to cover the cost of service provided and used to supplement employee wages, cover operational costs especially for Night orders.
If the quantity is less than 100 pages then $10 Service Charge + 50 cents B&W
$0.80 Colour for A4 one page on 80 gsm normal paper.
If need Delivery will be charged for delivery separately.
If the quantity is more than 100pages. prices for A4 one side on 80 gsm normal paper printing from 1 to 5 pdf files. (Please note if you have more than 5 files, we charge $1 per file extra to process) and/or $1 per minute to prepare the documents to print , example converting/formatting excel / Word/ power pint / jpeg / png files or cropping or setting up two in 1 or 4 in 1 or 6 in 1 page etc etc works.

Night orders minimum $30
Please note ECONOMY print only suitable for normal office documents like text, lines and graphs. It's not suitable for high quality prints or for pictures.
If you subscribe to our web page will get a discount of 20% for URGENT and SUPER URGENT orders.
Binding and Delivery are separately charged Delivery by SingPost is $2.90 to $6.90 and Motorbike is $15-$35.
ECONOMY Service (Completion after 3 Working Days or More. Production will be carried out only during working days Mon-Fri between 9AM-5PM): Choose this option if you are not in a hurry and can wait for the completion. Placing Order and Collection during 9AM to 5PM. Liaising 5PM-9AM consider URGENT ORDERS. For ECONOMY ORDERS Printing will be done ONLY during WORKING DAYS and day hours and once completed you will be notified to collect. In general it will be completed in THREE working days depending on the work Queue and volume. At times it may go beyond three days The Collection will be on the 4th working day or Later. If you need the prints on a specific date, go for “URGENT” or "SUPER URGENT" order.
URGENT Service (completion after one working day or more depending on the volume. Production will be carried out only during working days Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM): Choose this option is to print during day hours.. Completion depends on volume and queue, You may be asked to pay for EXPEDITING FEE in some cases.
SUPER URGENT Service (Start as soon as possible , Day & Night printing): Choose this option to place order / printing to start As Soon As Possible work through Day and Night until the job is completed depending on the print volume. You may be asked to pay for EXPEDITING FEE in some cases.
For ECONOMY and URGENT orders Counting of the Production time start from the Next working day of payment and art work confirmation, Production carried out only during working days Mon-Friday (9am - 5pm) Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Once completed you will be notified to collect. The Collection will be on the NEXT day after completion
Yes. You can book grab or lalamove to collect after we have sent notification stating as follows:
Items are ready. Please come early to check. The package is marked with your name. You can collect anytime, our door is not Locked, you can just open the door and collect your items. It will be contactless collection. Please note it's your responsibility to check everything before items are leaving our premises. If you are not coming personally to collect then you must ask the person collecting to video call you and show the items collecting and ensure they are in order. If you are booking third party vendor to collect give them these instructions and share with us booking detail to us including the riders contact detail. If something not right then immediately contact us to rectify and collect/ship later after rectification. If you found something wrong after being delivered to you then we will not be responsible and no compensation or free collection and deliveries will not be done.
Most of the times it will be contactless collection.
Yes, we can arrange for delivery 24/7 any day. However we facilitate delivery as an add on ONLY. Delivery is not our core product. We do not have our own delivery crew. We use third party to deliver. It's chargeable. It's drop and go service , and the delivery crew will not wait to meet you. Please note that delivering to event venues or condominium is a challenging task. Getting riders (especially early morning and rainy days) on time and delivering at exact timing may not be possible at times. If we end up in any hickups in deliveries, we shall not be held responsible for any losses whatsoever in any ways. If you accept these risks, add delivery into the order.
Please note that the colours or vibrance of your artwork you see on the phone screen or computer screen, will not be 100% matching with the printed pages. Screen has lights and paper do not have light. And if your artwork was prepared in 'RGB" colour mode , the printed colours which is using CMYK ink will vary. the same file printed using different machines may result in different outcome even though the machines are using CMYK ink. If you are particular about colours , you need to come down to our office to test print and may go through trial and error to get the right colour on the prints that is acceptable to you. Please note there will be additional charges for such process. We many not be able to do colour testing or adjustments for small orders and super urgent orders..
