All prices and completion time quoted are subject to condition that your files are ready to print straight away (sizing, bleed etc) and our machinery stay in working condition through out the job. For some reason if the machines fail half way then we will continue printing after the machine are repaired/serviced. And delays caused by that you have to accept it. We are not liable to pay any compensation or claims.

For any reason if order is cancelled after payment is made, there will be deductions for abortive works or online payment gateway charges. there will be NO refund in cash. Refundable amount will be offset against next print order.

$10 Service charge is applicable to all orders. We may charge additional charges from $1 to per file for file handling to open multiple files (up to 5 files are FREE), preparation of files,  resizing or handling word, excel and powerpoint files, addign bleed etc  or for waiting/standby.
